Our mission is to empower youth as they transition through the pivotal stages of adolescence into confident and capable young adults. Transformations are dedicated to nurturing culturally competent, compassionate, and savvy individuals who actively prepare to lead and positively impact their communities and the world. Through our rites of passage program, we provide guidance, knowledge, and support for their identities, care for themselves, and navigate the complexities of adulthood with confidence and purpose.​
